We can handle Multiple Layers, Through-Hole or Surface Mount. Fabrication service is available through local vendors, and we will be happy to include prototype fabrication with our quote.

Gunn Systems also has hardware design experience to add to the design beyond the layout where needed. With this experience, the layout will be created with power considerations, timing considerations, design criteria, and project rules in mind. We design to meet the end user's product specifications while keeping production and test requirements in mind.

We will work closely with the customer's engineers to provide a PC board layout that meets the design needs and is on budget. Throughout the process, Gunn Systems will provide status and planning to keep the customer's project on time. Often we can start a project very quickly and provide prototype PC boards, from the design to finished prototype or production run, in quick turn.

Gunn Systems offers our own parts library for Eagle layout software. Our library contains many parts that we have entered for our own designs. Download free or charge and use at your own risk (No warranty implied). We are releasing this library to help any other Eagle users that might have a need for these parts. As we add parts to our library we will be releasing them, so be sure to check back. This library was produced with version 3.51 of Eagle. Included are the Schematic symbols and PC modules. Format is Tar/gzip (UNIX). To Install, use the command: "tar xvzf gsilib.tgz" to unpack, then move into eagle lbr directory. The supplier stock numbers are included. The suppliers are mostly Jameco, Digikey, and Newark.
