Gunn Systems specializes in Printed Circuit board (PCB) layout.

Gunn Systems handles Multiple Layers, Through-Hole or Surface Mount PC Board design. Fabrication service is available through local partners, and we are happy to include prototype fabrication with our quote.

Leverage the hardware design experience of Gunn Systems to add to the design beyond the layout where needed. This experience allows us to create designs with power considerations and timing considerations in mind, together with design criteria and project rules. Our designs meet your product specifications while also accounting for the needs of production and testing.

We work closely with our customers' engineers to provide PC board layouts that meet the design needs on budget. Throughout the process, Gunn Systems provides status and planning updates to keep projects on time. Often we can start a project very quickly and provide prototype PC boards--from the design to finished prototype or production run--in quick turn.

Gunn Systems uses Eagle design tools (from CAD Soft).

Download our Library of PCB Parts Modules

Gunn Systems offers our own parts library for Eagle layout software. Our library contains many parts that we have entered for our own designs. Download free or charge and use at your own risk (no warranty is implied). We are releasing this library to help any other Eagle users that might have a need for these parts. As we add parts to our library we will be releasing them, so be sure to check back. This library was produced with version 3.51 of Eagle. Included are the Schematic symbols and PC modules.

The file format is Tar/gzip (UNIX). To Install, use the command: "tar xvzf gsilib.tgz" to unpack, then move into eagle lbr directory. The supplier stock numbers are included. The suppliers are primarily Jameco, Digikey, and Newark.
